Ingredients: 97.5% whey protein concentrate (from milk) (94.4% for chocolate flavours), stabiliser E414, acidity regulator: malic acid, fat-reduced cocoa (for chocolate flavours), flavouring, sweetener: sucralose. The product may contain soy lecithin and traces of nuts.
Preparation: Dissolve 1 serving (35 g – 3 brands of powder) in 100-200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
Recommended use: Training days: 1-3 servings a day (in the morning after waking up, after training and before bedtime). Non-workout days: 1-3 servings. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
